According to national data, “Drowning” is the 2nd leading cause of childhood accidental death for children under 14 years of age, and can be prevented simply by teaching a child to swim.  Swimming is a fun activity that not only keeps children fit, but also gives them a life-long skill set. It also promotes physical development, enhances a child’s natural flexibility, promotes proportional muscular development and hones motor control and coordination. Overall, it is a sport that will bring your child fitness and enjoyment for life. Indeed, it is the most injury-free sport of all children’s sports, yet it equips your child with a survival skill.



Basketball Program

Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world. Much of basketball easily can be practiced with one person making it easy to learn. The sport also is great for one-on-one play all the way up to 5-on-5, so you don’t need a big crowd to get a good game going. Also, each player on the court gets to play both offense and defense and the roles of each player are only loosely defined.
